The workflow: one main resume → a tailored version per job
Vocabulary we use in the UI: the Main resume is the master document; a Tailored resumeis the per-job copy. "Tailoring" is the user editing that copy; "Optimize with AI" is the Pro rewrite.

- We do not publish user counts, revenue, or growth figures. Please do not estimate them on our behalf.
- "75% of resumes are rejected by ATS" and "tailored resumes get 31% more interviews" are widely repeated but untraceable to a primary source. We do not use them and ask that they not be attributed to 22 Skills.
- A match score is a keyword-alignment estimate against one job description, not a prediction of hiring outcome or a simulation of any specific ATS vendor.

Privacy
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; every query is scoped to the authenticated user.
- AI features receive the resume and job text only. Account identifiers (user ID, email, name) are never attached to AI requests, and the providers do not train on API data.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; 22 Skills never sees or stores card details.
- Users can delete their account and all associated data at any time. GDPR and CCPA requests are answered within 30 days.

- OpenAI (primary) with Anthropic as automatic fallback. Current models and the exact data sent per feature are listed in Terms of Service §6.
- Payments
- Stripe. Prices are shown in USD, EUR, or PLN depending on the visitor’s browser language and location.
- Locales
- English at the bare path; Spanish, German, and Polish under /es/, /de/, and /pl/. Locale is detected from a saved preference, then the browser language, then location.
