1How to Access Billing Settings
Follow these simple steps to manage your subscription:
- Sign in to your 22 Skills account at 22skills.com
- Go to Settings - Click your profile or go directly to Settings
- Find the Subscription section - Scroll down to see your current plan
- Click "Manage Billing" - This opens the secure billing portal

When will I be charged?
You are charged on the same day each month (or year, for annual plans) based on when you first subscribed. You can see your next billing date in the billing portal.
What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel, you will keep full access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free plan.
Can I get a refund?
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please if you have any concerns about your subscription.
How do I update my email address?
You can update your email address in the Settings page under "Account Information".
I can't see the "Manage Billing" button
Make sure you are signed in with the same email you used to subscribe. If you still don't see it, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. if the issue persists.
