1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using 22 Skills ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

22 Skills provides an AI-powered resume analysis and optimization service. By using our Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use the Service.

2. Use of Service

2.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for:

• Analyzing your resume against job descriptions
• Receiving AI-generated suggestions for resume improvement
• Saving and managing resume versions (authenticated users)
• Saving and managing job descriptions (authenticated users)
• Viewing your analysis history (authenticated users)

2.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights
• Post, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, inaccurate, or that a reasonable person could deem offensive
• Distribute viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
• Engage in scraping, data mining, or automated data collection
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

3. Account Registration

Account registration is optional. Non-authenticated users can use the Service with limited features (single analysis, no history or saved data).

If you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Service Content

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 22 Skills and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4.2 User Content

You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service (resumes, job descriptions). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the Service unless you give us explicit permission.

5. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-3.5 and Claude AI) to analyze resumes and generate suggestions. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated suggestions are for guidance only and should be reviewed by you
• AI analysis may not be 100% accurate and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decision-making
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any AI-generated content before using it
• We do not guarantee that AI suggestions will result in job offers or interview invitations
• Different companies use different ATS systems, and our analysis is an approximation

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Key points:

• Non-authenticated users: Your data is not stored
• Authenticated users: Your data is stored securely and encrypted
• We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time
• We are GDPR compliant

7. Fees and Payment

22 Skills is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future with advance notice to users.

If we introduce paid features, we will:

• Provide at least 30 days advance notice
• Maintain a free tier with core functionality
• Clearly communicate pricing and features
• Allow users to opt out of paid features

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained through the Service will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 22 SKILLS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 22 Skills and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Navigating to Settings → Account → Delete Account
• Contacting us at inquiries@astaprime.com

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 22 Skills operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at inquiries@astaprime.com.

We will make every effort to resolve disputes in good faith. If we cannot resolve a dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
